1.1. Space Borne is a private training and consultancy institute specializing in GIS, Remote Sensing, and Geospatial Technologies.
1.2. These terms apply to all programs, including online, offline, hybrid, internship, and customized training.
1.3. By enrolling or participating in any Space Borne activity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
1.4. Space Borne reserves the right to modify course details, schedules, or instructors without prior notice if necessary.
2.1. Admission is open to eligible candidates from science, engineering, geography, or related backgrounds.
2.2. All students must complete the registration form and submit accurate personal details.
2.3. Admission will be confirmed only after payment of the prescribed registration or course fee.
2.4. The registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
2.5. Space Borne reserves the right to reject or cancel an application if false or incomplete information is provided.
2.6. Admission is valid only for the specific batch/course selected during registration.
3.1. Space Borne offers both online and offline training programs.
3.2. Online classes are conducted via authorized platforms such as Google Meet or Zoom.
3.3. Students are responsible for ensuring proper internet connectivity and functional systems during online sessions.
3.4. Offline classes will be held at Space Borneβs Bhubaneswar training center or any other designated venue.
3.5. Course materials, datasets, and recordings are provided solely for educational use and must not be shared, distributed, or sold.
3.6. Unauthorized recording or redistribution of sessions is strictly prohibited.
4.1. All course fees are displayed on the official website or course brochure.
4.2. Payment must be made in full or as per the installment plan approved by Space Borne.
4.3. Fees can be paid through UPI, bank transfer, net banking, or debit/credit card.
4.4. Registration fees are non-refundable.
4.5. Course fees are refundable only if a written cancellation request is received before the course commencement date.
4.6. Once the course has started, no refund will be provided.
4.7. In case of payment failure, students must contact accounts@spaceborne.in with proof of transaction.
4.8. GST and other applicable taxes are included in the total fee unless specified otherwise.
5.1. Each batch follows a fixed schedule, communicated before commencement.
5.2. Space Borne reserves the right to reschedule classes due to instructor unavailability or technical issues.
5.3. Students must maintain at least 75% attendance to qualify for certification.
5.4. Missed classes can be covered through recordings, if available, but attendance credit is not provided for watching recordings only.
5.5. Space Borne is not liable for disruptions due to internet failure, power outage, or other personal technical issues.
6.1. Students must complete all assignments, quizzes, and final projects within the given deadlines.
6.2. Evaluation is based on performance, attendance, and submission quality.
6.3. Late or incomplete submissions may result in deduction of marks or ineligibility for certification.
6.4. Group projects and collaborative tasks must reflect fair contribution by all members.
6.5. Plagiarism or copying from othersβ work will result in disqualification.
7.1. Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of the course and required deliverables.
7.2. E-certificates are issued digitally with unique IDs and QR verification.
7.3. Hard copies are available on request with applicable courier charges.
7.4. Certificates will not be issued to students with pending fees, low attendance, or incomplete assignments.
7.5. Space Borne certificates are academic and skill-based recognitions, not government-recognized degrees.
8.1. Internship positions are limited and offered to eligible students based on performance.
8.2. Interns must adhere to all institutional and data-sharing guidelines.
8.3. Any datasets, codes, or project files created during internship remain the property of Space Borne unless otherwise approved.
8.4. Interns must submit reports and maintain professional ethics during internship activities.
9.1. Space Borne provides career guidance and placement assistance, but it does not guarantee employment.
9.2. Job alerts, internship opportunities, and freelance leads are shared as part of support initiatives.
9.3. Space Borne is not responsible for third-party recruitment or hiring processes.
10.1. Students must maintain professional behavior during classes, discussions, and communications.
10.2. Disrespectful language, harassment, or inappropriate conduct will lead to removal from the course.
10.3. Sharing or selling course materials without authorization is a violation of intellectual property rights.
10.4. Students must not use the Space Borne name or logo for personal promotion without prior consent.
11.1. Space Borne collects basic personal information (name, email, contact details) solely for academic and administrative use.
11.2. Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties without consent.
11.3. Sessions may be recorded for educational quality improvement.
11.4. By joining, students consent to being part of class recordings and promotional materials (if permitted).
12.1. Students may request a batch transfer before course commencement.
12.2. Transfer to another course or batch is subject to availability and administrative approval.
12.3. Once classes have begun, transfer requests may incur additional charges.
13.1. Registration fees are non-refundable.
13.2. Course fee refunds are allowed only before the start date of the course.
13.3. Refund requests must be made in writing to accounts@spaceborne.in.
13.4. Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7β10 working days.
13.5. No refund will be made once access to materials or sessions is granted.
14.1. Space Borne provides assistance for software installation and class access.
14.2. Technical support is available via email or WhatsApp during office hours.
14.3. Space Borne is not responsible for personal device issues, antivirus blocks, or system failures.
15.1. Space Borne shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from training participation.
15.2. The institute does not guarantee specific career outcomes or salary levels.

16.1. All course materials, presentations, datasets, and content are copyrighted by Space Borne.
16.2. Students may use materials for personal learning only.
16.3. Reproduction, resale, or redistribution of course content is strictly prohibited.

By enrolling in any Space Borne course, internship, or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all the Terms & Conditions mentioned above.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
